Ingredients for roasted lamb:

500g mutton leg meat, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of chicken essence, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a bowl of water starch, appropriate amount of cumin powder, appropriate amount of chili powder, appropriate amount of coarse cumin, appropriate amount of sesame seeds, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of oil, 1 piece of tin foil

How to make roast mutton:

  1. Cut the lamb leg meat into pieces, add salt, chicken essence, and sugar and mix well (add light soy sauce according to personal preference).

2.Blend a small bowl of water starch into it and stir while pouring it in.

3.Seal with plastic wrap and marinate for 2-3 hours. Stir cumin powder, chili powder and oil evenly             before roasting. Here are the best-selling air fryers.

        4.Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Spread the mixed meat on the tin foil and sprinkle with coarse                   cumin and sesame seeds.

5.Brush with oil.

        6. Preheat the oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes. Place the baking sheet in the       middle  and bake for 15-20 minutes (brush a little more oil at 15 minutes).

7.Sprinkle with chopped green onion two minutes before taking out of the oven.
